Wow, yesterday it was realllly windy around here. Being on a hill and having so much open spaces and construction projects around, the 50-60mph winds were bringing some pretty amazing stuff by...
I had to go out and retrieve one of our outside metal tables and watched one of our outside planters get blown out of sight in a couple of minutes. There were a bunch of 3 foot square by a foot or so thick pieces of insulation, being blown from some construction site up wind that never fell down and just 'rolled' over all obstacles until they went out of sight.
The good news is that everything that is left looks real shiny and clean... Today, there is no wind just like Friday. Very weird - even for a Lancaster boy...
Pam is starting to feel a little better, or at least is moaning less. She had a fever yesterday and was still trying to study for her MCP exam. I have felt real sore all over but don't know if I have the same thing or not. I really haven't been 'sick', as I use to think of it, since I have been a 'neck breather'- no sinuses or throat to get involved - which, I think, eliminates a lot of the pain, congestion and head aches normally associated with being sick. But, the day is still young...
