Shock and Awe...

After having all the shocking fun at the doctors, Lanny had to rewire the electricity to the new vent hood. The contractors had done it wrong... The lights would only work when the blower was on and then would dim with the blower speed control. Not right...

It was not much fun, with the memory of 1 1/2 hours of shock testing so vivid. But, it all worked and no additional shocks occured. Over the past couple of years, with remodeling and building houses, Lanny has had to do a lot of electrical work and has it pretty well figured out at this point.

Now, if we can ever get the Wolf stove electronic starters to stop 'clicking' and work right, all will be awesome in the kitchen.

My old Jenn Air range would pop like that too, I figured they were just keeping themselves warm. BTW, we got a foot or more of snow two days ago, still winter here, but great fun.

It's a really irritating sort of 'click'... It can take you from being a happy person to a raging crazy in about 15 minutes...

A foot of snow hugh? Whatever twists your knobs - I guess... So, do you guys walk to the store or? I would think that driving would be too crazy with that type of weather action going on.

My grandparents cooker clicks in damp weather - but that one is old.. fun :D - apparantly all their one needs is a good clean of the electronics which control the "clickers" to remove cooking junk / grease etc. :D

This stove is brand new so it's not built up grease... We have to call the service company again and get them to figure it out and fix it.

Driving is not a problem with the Acura, it will go any where any time. My Range is another issue even with studded snow tires I slip and slide all the way to the main road.
