Everyone is being randomly audited and scored for thier knowledge, ability to resolve the problem, taking complete ownership of the customer's call and ensuring the customer was completely satisfied with the level of support they received.

Well done, Jades gfx card fan went noisy and span slowly a few days back so caused the card to overheat and crash.. in the UK we have bluetack (I am told that its like putty) and that fixes everything :) - does Dell support bluetack :D
