Pam finally has received some of the fruit of her Award Winning Labors...
Typically, a Dell Gold Support Tech has two 15" CRT monitors on their desk. For the top 5 Gold Techs Worldwide this quarter, Dell awarded them two of their 20" High-Res flat panel monitors that they keep for all time - well at least their Gold Tech Support time. I understand it was a BIG deal with all the Twin Falls Management there to enjoy her success. Here is a picture of them...
The only other Tech in Twin Falls to receive the award is in her group and was trained by her in how to do Dell support right. That's the way she does it at Dell in DaHo...

Look at all those awards behind you...hey...is that a photo of me from graduation? Awwweee...I'm hanging in your cubicle *smile* Congrats on the dual monitors! Now you can do twice as much work or just as much in half the time =)
