The World Champion...

Last week, Pam won the title of being the Number One Dell Gold Support Technician in the entire World. This is a big deal and she is getting all sorts of good accolades from the staff and management there at the Dell Hole.

These rankings are all based on a complicated series of 'matrices' spanning such things as: # of calls taken, length of calls, amount of parts dispatched, amount of parts returned or additional parts needed, etc., etc. So, it takes a lot of focused effort to ensure that you do all the 'right stuff' and do it very well to get these types of awards. And, with Pam, do it all right for Dell, AND keep the best interest for her customers in mind - which are sometimes opposing interests...
