Ho Humm...
Not much too exciting happening here in DaHo. Its cooled off a little which is good and might even rain some today.
Saturday, Pam made up a delivered dinner to brother Bobby's family with the new baby and all. We delivered it to their local shoe store and ended up buying 5 pairs of new shoes, since they give us very good prices.
Pool was pretty sucky this week. My TEP was leaking at the Wednesday night 8-ball tournament, which always does me in, and I got beat bad. Then, in our Thursday night 9-ball league, we did pretty good. We won 14 out of 18 games. Steve and I both won 5 out of 6 and Storm won 4. That was the last regular night of league, and there hasn't been any current statistics for a couple of weeks, but I am sure we came in first place as a team. I don't know whether Steve and I, being tied up, will share first place in individual standings or not yet. This Saturday, there is an end of league tournament which should be big fun.
We ordered a new granite slab counter top for the upstairs guest suite, and a new tile floor for the downstairs hall bathroom from Steve's store and it should be installed later this week. Those should both be nice additions to DaHouse.
I went down to a new fishing tackle store in town and checked out what they had. They have some 'serious' Sturgeon fishing rigs there. They had some spinning rods that were 15 feet long and had handles almost as large as my wrist - I have never seen anything like those things before.
Grandson Oliver is due to arrive sometime soon and we will probably have to get some of that BIG tackle, since we will be going after the BIG Sturgeons here in DaHo...
