What can I say...

It's been almost a month since I have posted to this blog. I have never been so derelict before since I started this many years ago. I will try to start my usual regular posting so any readers can keep track of all of the happening here in DaHo.

I have been having all sorts of problems with my lower back and left hip. Most of this time since my last post I have basically been invalid. I can barely walk a few yards, when it is acting up, before I can barely stand or continue.

I was suppose to get another back shot, but my doctor said that I have had enough of them and that relief is not practical any more. So, now I am going to to find a back surgeon and see if that is a way to finally resolve this. I really cannot take it as it is.

Pam's last day at Dell is 11/11. The whole community is reeling from their call center closure here in Twin Falls. They have over 500 employees and there aren't hardly many jobs anywhere around here to be had.

And, besides my back problems, Pam has had this horrible cold, or flu or something, off and on, but mostly on for the past three weeks. Its hard to do telephone support when you cannot speak or are coughing all the time.

Well, back onto cheerer topics...

One by one, the animals have driven us crazy until we let them go outside with the other ones that can. So we got collars and tags for them all, and let them out during the day. Tommy, the dog is limited to the patio and a very small part of the yard as he doesn't stay around. But he is the one that started it all. He had to go out to go to the bathroom, and Felix would cry and try to get out, so we got her fitted with the collar and tags and let her start to go out. And, within two weeks, Cali was doing the same thing and - well you get the idea...

I am now back on a pool league. I can barely make it, but so far I can go to the matches as I can sit down a lot and there is not much walking at all. I am not doing very well, but holding my own.

The business is still going well. A lot of the ongoing orders have slowed down a lot as the whole country has, but we have a couple of dealers selling product like crazy and that is good. Also, our big deal that we have been working on for months is starting to happen. They have ordered 300 sets of needles and we will get access to all their dealers, so that will bring in a lot of business. Pam is going to start working for the business and is going to be in charge of the phones and new business development.

It seems there is much more to do that time to do it in lately. Much more than in the recent past. But, I will get this back thing resolved soon and will be back to posting here regularly. Again, I am sorry for not keeping everybody informed in our Life in DaHo...
