The Big Payoff Comes Through...

As you might remember, if you are a regular reader of this BLOG, Pam was awaiting her salary review at Dell. And, you might remember, she has been getting all sorts of accolades and praise lately for her great work and extra time spent helping her team evolve.

Well, it happened and she was appropriately praised for all her great work. She was classified as a Class "E", for excellent, employee and got the maximum raise and bonus that could be given.

Tonight, we are going to go out and celebrate this event at Rock Creek. Its either that, or I have to cook this Pork Roast in the fridge...
